What happens

• The form calls record_action, the same tool agents call over MCP at https://www.rightshold.com/mcp.
• Your first record opens a free account and shows its key once. It stays on this page only until you leave it; nothing is saved in your browser.
• The note stays private to your account. The public ledger shows only a salted commitment that reveals nothing until you choose to open it.

A receipt proves what was submitted and when, and that it has not changed since. It does not prove that the action itself happened.
