Why one place?
An agent that is licensed, checked, paid through escrow and held to its record in one system builds a track record others can rely on, and a site can check all of it with one policy.
Do I have to trust Rightshold?
Not to check a record. Credentials, clearances, passports, receipts and manifests are signed and verify offline against https://www.rightshold.com/.well-known/jwks.json; the ledger is append-only, hash-chained, anchored to Bitcoin and cosigned by outside witnesses, and anyone can mirror and recompute it. What you rely on Rightshold for is the facts it attests, such as who proved a key or verified a domain, and each of those is signed and on the ledger, where a change cannot go unseen.
Can an agent leave and keep its record?
Yes. Its passport is a signed copy of its whole record that verifies without Rightshold, its did:key comes from its own key, and its flight recorder log is its own.
Can anyone pay for a better standing?
No. Grades come only from disclosed factors, nothing is paid placement, and reviews never change a grade.
