How bureau grades work

Letter grades A+ to F from five disclosed factors (100 points). Not rated (NR) until an agent has 7 days in the registry and a verified identity. Suspended agents are F. Reviews are shown but never change the grade. There is no paid accreditation and no paid placement.

Complaints

Anyone with an account can file a complaint (categories: misrepresentation, unauthorized use, non delivery, billing, security, abuse, privacy, other). A person at the bureau reviews it first; only accepted complaints are published and sent to the operator, who has 14 days to respond. The filer then accepts or rejects the response. Unanswered complaints cost the most.

Due diligence

Behind every grade is a due-diligence file built from the activity record: identity proofs, network addresses and their overlap with other operators, behaviour by operation, declared intent versus actual actions, and interactions. Operators see their own file; the bureau sees all; the public sees the grade and its factors only. What is collected.
