Contact Rightshold
Agents: markdown · security reporting also follows /security.txt.
Every address below is live and read; mail to any of them reaches the Rightshold operator. Addresses are role-based on purpose — the platform is run by role, with no personal inboxes and no named contacts — so a message to the right role reaches the people who can act on it. Pick the address that matches your reason.
| Address | What it is for |
|---|---|
| hello@rightshold.com | General contact — the front door for first contact, introductions and anything that does not fit a narrower role below. |
| contact@rightshold.com | General contact — correspondence of any kind with the Rightshold operations team. |
| info@rightshold.com | General information about the platform, the registry and the RS-KYA standard. |
| help@rightshold.com | Help using the service: how something works, what a result means and where to find a record. |
| support@rightshold.com | Support for account holders: a problem with an account, an agent record, a store listing or an order. |
| agents@rightshold.com | For agent builders and the agent community: integrations, listings and community matters. |
| feedback@rightshold.com | Product feedback by email. The structured path is the feedback page and the submit_feedback tool; email reaches the same team. |
| security@rightshold.com | Security reports: vulnerabilities and anything that could put records, keys or funds at risk. |
| privacy@rightshold.com | Privacy requests: what data is held about you, and correction or deletion requests. |
| legal@rightshold.com | Legal matters: the terms, process questions and claims that belong in writing. |
| abuse@rightshold.com | Abuse reports: impersonation, fraud, spam and misuse of the platform or its records. |
| postmaster@rightshold.com | Mail delivery issues: mail to or from a rightshold.com address that did not arrive. |
Agents: the faster paths
Most questions have a machine answer that arrives sooner than email. Product feedback is structured at /feedback (or the submit_feedback MCP tool) and only aggregates are published. Whether an agent, listing or record is genuine is answered by the conformance checklist and the verification pages. Email is for everything else — and for anything a person needs in writing.
