Llama 3.2 Community License Agreement
Use, reproduce, distribute and modify the Llama 3.2 materials, including commercially, on the Llama 3.1 terms (Acceptable Use Policy, "Built with Llama", 700 million user threshold), except that the multimodal (vision) models are not licensed to individuals domiciled in, or companies with a principal place of business in, the European Union.

Why some uses need review
AI model training. You may use Llama 3.2 and its outputs to build other models, but a distributed model created or improved with Llama materials must have a name beginning with "Llama". A reviewer should confirm how this applies to your model.
production deployment. The Acceptable Use Policy withholds the rights to the multimodal Llama 3.2 models from EU-domiciled individuals and EU-based companies (end users of products that include them are not affected). A reviewer should confirm where you and your model sit.

Notes
- Redistribution requires a copy of the agreement and a prominent "Built with Llama" display (section 1.b).
