Why some uses need review
AI model training. Models trained on Gemma, its parameters or its outputs to perform similarly (such as by distillation) count as model derivatives and carry the same terms and use restrictions. A reviewer should confirm how this applies to your model.
Duties
- license notice
- use restrictions
- pass on restrictions
- state changes
Notes
- Distributions must include the use restrictions and a notice that Gemma is provided under the Gemma Terms of Use.
- Google may restrict usage it reasonably believes violates the terms.
- Google claims no rights in outputs you generate.
