Turnover Condition Record — verify an anchored record
A Turnover Condition Record is captured at a turnover clean: a fixed observation checklist and a hashed photo set, co-signed at capture. Its record hash can be anchored here. Paste a record hash below to learn whether a countersigned anchor exists for it, and to read the record's proof facts.
A Turnover Condition Record records observations only: for each item on a fixed checklist, whether it was present, not present, or not observed at capture time, together with a hashed photo set. This page shows that observation proof — hashes, counts, signing states, and times — and draws no conclusion from the observations.
What the answer means
ANCHORED — ANCHORED means only this: a countersigned anchor for this exact record hash exists, created at the time shown. It proves the record hash, the photo-set hash, and the observation counts shown are the ones presented at anchoring. It states nothing about the property itself.
NO ANCHOR FOUND — NO ANCHOR FOUND means only this: no countersigned anchor holds this exact record hash. A record whose contents changed in any way has a different hash, so this result says nothing about any other version of a record.
How a record gets anchored
The capturing service computes the record's hash and its photo-set hash at capture, and anchors them here under this attestation: “I attest that the record hash and photo-set hash in this anchor were computed from a turnover condition record captured at the time shown, that the observation counts are the counts recorded at capture, and that this anchor covers hash and count proof only.” Rightshold countersigns the anchor with its own key. The anchor holds hashes, the photo count, the room count, the observation counts, the co-sign state, and timestamps — the property label the capturing account keeps for its own use is never shown here.
Anchored records so far: 1. Anchoring is done by the capturing service through the API: POST /v1/turnover-record/anchor with an account key. Anyone can check, with no account: POST /v1/turnover-record/check with a record hash, or open /turnover-record/<record-hash>.
