Sealed draws

A sealed draw freezes its eligible entrant list before the randomness that picks its winners exists. Rightshold countersigns the frozen list and a pre-declared future beacon round; afterwards, anyone can recompute the result. The seal proves the entrant list was not changed after the freeze timestamp shown on the result page, and that the published selection method was followed. It does not prove the list was complete before it was sealed. Rightshold's countersignature is a private attestation only.
