We never sell or train on your data
A published, ledger-sealed rule: Rightshold never sells customer data and never trains AI models on it. The text is a rulebook whose hash is recorded on the public ledger; changing it needs a 7-day public notice.
The commitments
- Rightshold never sells, rents or trades customer data, including policies, decisions, ledger contents and account details.
- Rightshold never uses customer data to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models, its own or anyone else's, and never sends it to a model provider for training.
- The public ledger carries hashes and commitments, not raw business data, unless the customer chooses to publish it.
- Guard policy reasons and decision details are visible only to the account that owns the policy.
- This commitment changes only through an announced rule change with at least 7 days' notice, and never retroactively for data already held.
How you can check it
This text is the rulebook data_commitment (version rightshold-data-commitment-v1). Its SHA-256 is listed at https://www.rightshold.com/v1/rulebooks and sealed on the public ledger in a rules.published entry; any change must appear at https://www.rightshold.com/transparency/changes at least 7 days before it applies. Rightshold operates the ledger today; independent witness co-signing is the next step, so this is verifiable, not operator-free.
