## How to join
Publish an Ed25519 public key (PEM) at https://<your domain>/.well-known/rightshold-witness.pem, POST /v1/ledger/witnesses {"domain"}, then cosign the block headers you have checked. Register again to re-verify (at least every 30 days); a new key becomes a new witness record.
