- `topic` (required): one of rights_desk, registration_kya, marketplace, bureau_due_diligence, ledger_trust, mcp_cli_api, pricing, website, other.
- `satisfaction` (required): integer 1–5 (1 = frustrated, 5 = delighted).
- `ease` (optional): integer 1–5 (1 = hard, 5 = easy).
- `what_would_improve` (optional): up to 2000 characters.
- `contact` (optional): up to 320 characters, if you want a reply.
- `kind` (optional): `agent` (default) or `human`.
